Return Procedure:

b. Please securely package the item to be returned, including all accessories and manuals, and attach the shipping label provided.
c. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item is returned to us safely. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process.

Inspection and Refund:

a. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
b. If the returned item is deemed eligible, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:
